An Overview of our Course
We offer a live, one-day training program for your team. As we taught our colleagues when in our corporate careers, we use highly interactive, hands-on training to build confidence and competence in using these tools.
During the class, we cover:
- How to shape and redefine the problem focus, to create the best definition of what to solve
- Clarify the focus so everyone works on solving the same problem
- Three proven techniques for generating new ideas – random entry, concept extraction, provocation
- How to harvest and strengthen ideas
- Tools we've developed to apply Lateral techniques to common business problems
